Below is information for international students to help them learn more about The Chicago School and our admission process.

International Admissions Requirements

国产偷拍视频In addition to meeting all general admission requirements indicated on our program-specific requirement pages, all international students must submit additional documentation to be considered for admission.

See our International Admissions Requirement page for more details.

Immigration Matters – Obtaining an initial I-20 or DS-2019

Full-time ground programs: Upon admission to an on-ground full-time degree program, International Programs and Services will request the submission of the required documents in order to prepare the proper immigration document (I-20/DS-2019). Details and instruction for obtaining an I-20 for admitted students can be found . As part of your documents, international students must submit detailed financial statements before a Form I-20/DS-2019 can be processed. These statements should include the amounts and sources of funds available for educational expenses in the United States.

Programs with low-residency requirement: Our goal is to be an active part of your TCSPP experience, and to support you in many ways. To begin, please review for important visa matters and details on how to manage your immigration status. U.S. immigration regulations stipulate that a “B” nonimmigrant (both B-1 visitors for business and B-2 visitors for pleasure) is strictly prohibited from enrolling in a degree program. Prior to admission to a low-residency degree program that requires a residency in the United States, you must reach out to your admissions representative to confirm if your program is eligible for student visa sponsorship. Details and instructions for programs that currently are eligible to issue supporting documentation for obtaining an I-20 for admitted students in low-residency programs can be found (hyperlinked to newly created section under ‘admitted students’ – content below).
NOTE: Students are not required to submit the documents for I-20/DS-2019 issuance until they have been admitted to TCSPP. However, submission prior to admission will help expedite the processing of the I-20 or DS-2019 and students are welcome to do so at any time after submitting their application.
